Hello to all my new and old followers! I hope you all are doing well! To help me get to know you a little better, here are a few things about me. As most of you know, I’m originally from Houston, TX, and although I now live in Austin, TX, Houston will always have my heart.
Here’s why:
- Houston has a variety of sports teams: the Astros, Rockets, Texans, and Dynamo, to name a few. There’s never a dull moment.
- Houston is incredibly diverse, from the people to the food. If you’re a foodie, you’ll be in heaven.
- Houston is home to one of the top medical communities in the world, known internationally as the Texas Medical Center. People travel from all over to receive treatment that can’t be found where they live.
- Houston has an underground tunnel system that runs 20 feet below the city’s downtown streets and stretches more than six miles long.
