Meet Folake

I’m Folake Bolatiwa, a Houston-based content creator sharing modern fashion, beauty, and lifestyle inspiration.

Born and raised in Houston with Nigerian roots, my love for fashion started early. I grew up inspired by my mother and her sense of style. She would tell me stories about shopping when she was younger, especially while living in London, and how much she loved getting dressed up and taking photos with her friends.

I didn’t realize it then, but so much of that grew on me. My love for putting together outfits, taking photos, and sharing those moments feels a lot like a continuation of what I grew up seeing. I guess it runs in the family!

For me, style is about finding pieces you love, making them your own, and feeling good in what you wear.
